Hi everyone
I'm looking for some information about the minor tactics of Belgian army in 1914 campaign, especially in the battle of Ijzer. My question is: what drill regulations (mainly infantry, but also artillery and cavalry) where adopted by Belgians pre- and in 1914. Where they purely offensive-oriented like French and (partly) German documents or more balanced like British manuals? Did they prefer open or close order tactics? etc. etc.
